With 4 kids and a baby on the way, we desperately needed a little more space. We had 2 kids in one room, 2 kids in the other; where was the baby going to sleep, especially as he got older? We are located at 6755 Giant City Road in Carbondale, Illinois at the front entrance to the Wildwood Manufactured Home Community, which we built in 1968. Our store is over 5,000 square feet and set up for the customer to browse around and view the vast inventory of products that we carry for manufactured homes. I love going to new places and being immersed in the language, food, and culture. We always took family vacations with the kids, but there are some vacations you just can’t have with the kids around. I knew I’d never be able to travel while sinking all my money into my house, so I decided to get rid of the house and move into a mobile home.
