I love going to new places and being immersed in the language, food, and culture. We always took family vacations with the kids, but there are some vacations you just can’t have with the kids around. All of our clothes were scattered through the woods, waving in the wind. Where my house should have been was now a gigantic hole with house sunk inside it, split in 2.
